Cutting-edge Drilling Technology

We provide state-of-the-art, application specific drill bits to fulfill all your drilling needs.
This may require making modifications to an existing bit, or developing a totally new bit.
In partnership with ulterra drilling technologies, we can provide you with the following tried and tested specialized drill bits

Ulterra Roller Cone Bits

Key new features and products that enhance the performance of the roller cone line, such as an enhanced lubrication system, the reaming gage™, and one-cone bit technology.
Ulterra roller cone bits are specially designed to better suit the needs of today's drilling environments. featuring enhanced seal protection, improved leg wear resistance and enhanced hydraulics, ulterra has vastly improved performance, allowing for reduced cost per foot at the drilling rig.

Ulterra PDC bits
With many years of experience in the design and manufacturing of field-proven matrix PDC and natural diamond bits, Ulterra has a proven track record of providing cutting-edge technology and quality products throughout the North American and international markets.

Each drill bit is manufactured with state-of-the-art materials that provide superior mechanical properties, which results in more wear resistant bits. The bit furnacing process and cutter brazing techniques provide unparalleled performance and durability.

Only the leading polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) suppliers are engaged to develop the highest quality cutter and substrate materials that result in high impact resistance and longer wear. This results in greater performance, longer bit runs, fewer trips, and lower cost-per-foot.

These field-proven designs provide high penetration rates and long life in typical and non-traditional PDC applications. These include light-set, aggressive designs for fast drilling applications and heavy-set designs for tougher drilling environments. Employing premium PDC cutters, each bit is designed with interchangeable nozzles and/or fixed ports to accommodate improved hydraulics.
